I have a friend that works for the Blue Buffalo dog food company. She stands in their section at pet stores around where she lives, and just tells people about their type of dog food and how it is better for your dogs. This seems like a great marketing idea. It's kind of like the people you see on the side of the street waving signs to get people into their place of business. Blue Buffalo definitely made a smart move there, if you ask me. Some people might blow her off, but some might genuinely be interested in the dog food and how it can help keep their dogs healthy and fit. Sounds to me like a great way to boost sales.
